Tips to Show Up Prepared & Get Best Results!
- Eat light prior to your session, especially 2 hours before and after your treatment.
- Staying hydrated is an important part of your treatment. Be sure to drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water on your session day. Try to avoid alcohol and limit coffee,
- During the treatment it is important for the skin to be exposed to the red light. Be prepared to wear minimal clothing like a bathing suit.
- Prepare to spend a relaxing 25 to 30 minutes on the table bathed in light. There’s no heat, no pain, no nerve damage and no side effects while your cells are broken down and then rejuvenated. Some people get so relaxed that they actually fall asleep!
- Immediately after your treatment you will spend 10 minutes on a vibration plate to assist your body with eliminating the fat cell contents released from your treatment.
- After the vibration plate session, we will measure progress to see just how well your body responded to the treatment.
